Ponce Inlet Family Portraits

Let The Editing Begin!

I’m often asked what my workflow is like in terms of how I edited the images, when do I edit them, what program do I use, etc.  The answer to that question is this wonderful application called Lightroom.  After your session is over, your images are loaded into their own separate gallery inside Lightroom and I take off editing from there.

Once the images are complete, I export them directly from Lightroom and upload them immediately to Dropbox.  This allows families to download their images immediately and the media will follow from there about 2 weeks later.  The process of editing can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or longer, so as you can see, taking your images whether at the beach, park, etc. is only 1/2 the work.  The other 1/2 kicks in once the images are inside Lightroom and I take off from there.

Greek Family – Daytona Beach Family Portraits

There’s nothing better than when large families get together, and this family was definitely no exception.  With family members from Greece, Ohio, and all over the U.S., they were  a lot of fun to work with and we were able to snag a whole truckload of images for these families.  Above is a few of the images that I was able to take with them during our time together.

Georgia Family Beach Portraits – Behind The Scenes Video

behindthescenes

I’m finally wrapping up a video session from over the weekend of a beautiful Georgia family, combining their family session and senior session together.  Take a look at all of the fun, laughter, and great images that were captured!

Georgia Family Beach Portraits

I had a wonderful evening working with this beautiful family in Ponce Inlet.  Mom and Dad wanted to do some portraits of the family as well as get some Senior pictures at the beach of their daughter and we had a great time.  The weather was perfect but this time of the year the light tends to disappear quickly in the evenings.  Nevertheless, we had a great time and here are a few samples of the many that were taken this evening.  Also, be sure you check out the behind the scenes video also!
