What is a typical session like? |

If you choose to do a portrait session, your time will last anywhere from 45 min. - 1 hour (if more time is needed, we will use it). I want everyone to feel relaxed during the session. Sometimes, for smaller ones, it may take some time to get used to the camera, but following this, they won't even know I'm there. In terms of colors to wear, I would prefer solid fabric choices, something light colored, or something dark colored - these blend well together. Also bring your favorite outfits as well - fun hats, blankets, and costumes are more than welcome to make your photo session personal. Following your session, your pictures will be viewable online the next day. You may also order prints at this time. If you have chosen our extremely popular option of purchasing all of the high quality images on CD/DVD, then you will receive the CD/DVD personally mailed to you after I examine each image during the session. |

How many people can be in the pictures during the time period? |

Hey, as many as you want to get together. The above image is a perfect example. We took several big group images and then broke out each family individually during the session and had a great time! Other photographers may get wrapped up in numbers - I'm not one of them. I'm there to have a good time with you as well as capture some beautiful images for you to look back on for years to come. |

Where do you take pictures? |

The location is up to you. I prefer to shoot outdoors to utilize the natural light and scenary provided but I can also come to your home with a mobile studio with a variety of backgrounds, if preferred. There are times when shooting in a familar environment can make younger ones feel more at ease, so there would be no problem for an indoor studio setup. If outdoors, I will work with you closely to recommend locations if you are unsure of where to go. I have shot portraits in the park, at the beach, in open fields, etc. |

Can I order a picture in black & white instead? |

Sure! All images can be converted to color, black & white, or sepia at no additional charge. Note also that if you order the media option (CD/DVD) there is a folder structure that I create on the disc that includes every image in color and every image in black and white - no extra charge to you. :-) |

How do I place an order? |

All orders are placed in a secure online gallery to be able to view and order prints. All orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Online orders can be placed securely utilizing Pay Pal or any major credit card by clicking on the Online Proofs link at the top of the page. |

You mentioned getting a full CD of pictures you have taken? |

That's correct. Unlike a majority of photographers in the area, I am offering you the option to purchase all of the images taken during your photo session for an extremely low price. With numerous family members and the variety of poses, etc. - the pricing is outstanding when considering what you are getting. Others in the area charge upwards in the hundreds of dollars - one even charges over a thousand. I give you beautiful images at an outstanding price. All of my Canon lenses are 2.8 and lower, so rest assured that the quality will be superb. |

Does the full CD include the session fee as well ? |

The media option is one flat rate. And I promise your images will be superb. I have both the experience and the equipment (camera bodies and lenses) to back up my claim, so be sure your photographer has both if you are checking multiple photographers out in the area. |

Do you have a studio? |
| |
No. In the current economic environment, my focus is on building my business and keeping prices low. Owning and operating a studio is expensive, and studio owners pass those costs off to the customer - this explains why some charge $20.00 and higher simply for a 4x6 print. My 4x6, however, starts at $5.00 and the price scale goes up accordingly depending on the image size. In addition, I do have a mobile studio with numerous muslin backgrounds and can bring this to your home, if desired. |
